Refund Policy
Digital services, delivered remotely from Knoxville, GA. Flat packages: Launch $1,490, Growth $2,990, Scale $4,490. Add-ons as listed.
- Before design kickoff: 100% refund
- After design start, before code: 50% refund
- After code start: no refund, but unlimited fixes until approved launch
- Deadline guarantee: if we miss contracted ship date, second 50% invoice void

Scope
Services are custom web design/build, SEO, brand, maintenance. Timeline 7-21 days per package. Client provides content/copy on time or timeline extends.
Payment
50% upfront, 50% on launch approval. USD via Stripe / ACH. Late payment 1.5%/month.
IP
Upon full payment, client owns final site code/design, excluding our reusable tooling. We may show work in portfolio.
Limitation
Liability capped at amount paid. No warranty for third-party platforms (Shopify, Webflow).
